Effective Date: May 30, 2026. Standard service agreements and operational rules of RYNA Biz.

1. Scope of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services offered by **RYNA Biz**. Our professional pillars comprise:

  • RYNA Tech: Software architecture, native/hybrid mobile application engineering, web design, digital consulting, and support.
  • RYNA Travel: Vacation packages, domestic/international airline booking, and secure electronic visa coordination.
  • RYNA Consultancy: Company formation guidance, startup strategy, MSME advisory, and business modeling.
  • RYNA Delicacies: Authentic food catering, dessert tray supplies, and culinary event logistics.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise explicitly outlined under a signed contract, RYNA Biz owns all proprietary software modules, custom neumorphic layouts, blog texts, travel itineraries, graphics, and trademarks published on this portal.

Users are prohibited from scraping, redistributing, modifying, or copying our intellectual property without a formal, written agreement signed by the RYNA Biz board directors.


3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

By engaging our services, you agree to our standard billing terms:

  • Tech & Consultancy Services: Executed according to project contracts detailing milestone billing. Retainer deposits are non-refundable once development begins.
  • Travel & Tours Booking: Payments for flights and holiday packages must be completed before booking confirmations are released. Refunds are subject to the policies of individual airlines and luxury resorts. Visa application fees are completely non-refundable once sent to the embassy.
  • Delicacies & Catering: Event bookings require a 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled event are not eligible for deposit return due to raw ingredient procurement.

4. Limitation of Liability

RYNA Biz, its co-founders, and directors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delays, cancellations, or schedule shifts executed by external airlines, train operators, or hotel resorts.
  • Operational downtime of third-party cloud hosting servers, API database backends, or mobile store deployment delays.
  • Regulatory rejection of electronic visa applications by state immigration authorities.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:

  • Tamil Nadu, India: For contracts regarding tech software architecture, corporate IT deployment, and local startup consulting services.
  • Manila, Philippines: For international travel agency bookings, visa coordination, and culinary/delicacies orders.

Any legal dispute arising from our digital solutions or reservations shall be addressed in their respective local courts under standard corporate arbitration frameworks.
